Access to our sexual health and contraceptive services is via telephone assessment.
There will be NO walk-in (non-appointment) clinics. Please ring to schedule a telephone consultation and a member of staff will return your call. Please DO NOT come in to our clinics unless we have advised you to do so after a telephone consultation. If it is advised that you need to attend clinic, an appointment will be made for you.
Ealing Contraceptive Services

Telephone lines for the contraceptive service are open Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 7.00pm and Friday, 8.30 to 5.00pm
Ealing Sexual Health (GUM) Service
- Call 020 8966 6380 for the sexual health (GUM) service
Phone lines for the sexual healty service are open from 9.00am to 4.00pm (Wednesdays 11.00am to 4.00pm). Appointments for face to face consultations and nurse treatment will be from 1.00pm to 4.00pm.

- Male and female condoms
- Emergency contraception
- Oral contraception (combined and progestogen-only pills)
- Injectable contraception
- Implants
- Contraceptive patches and rings
- IUDs and IUSs (intra-uterine contraception)
- Diaphragm
- Pregnancy testing
- Pre-pregnancy (conceptual) advice.
Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC) - IUD / IUS / Implants

- Sexual health information and advice
- Free condoms and lubricant
- Self-testing for chlamydia for under 25s
- Referral for abortion and support around unwanted pregnancy
- Full testing and treatment for STIs
- Treatment for HIV

- Specialist services for LGBTQ+ populations
- Hepatitis B vaccination
- Post exposure prophylaxis after sexual exposure (PEPSE) to prevent HIV
- Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) to prevent HIV
